iDiary 123: The Next Movie Star and The Prize-Giving Day!

Remember I was part of The Next Movie Star Africa reality TV show/competition that ended last December? Remember we stayed in The NMS House from October to December? Where I was second runner-up? Well, I got a call 7 months later that they’re ready to hand over the prizes: mine was N200,000, a flat screen TV and a movie contract. Apparently just the first three were notified… I don’t know why… (Shrugs) Anyway, I was told 6pm and to invite my friends. Of course that was impossible seeing as I was getting less than 24hrs notice! But I decided to drag my sister and her husband along just to have company in case I got bored. (Which I usually do at some of these events!) I didn’t have much hopes for the night and I was proved right. First of all, the venue Troy Lounge is located in the heart of Ogba!
